Find YourSelf Leadership Camp
Wildwood Outdoor Education Center invites your child to take part in the Find YourSelf Leadership experience. Wildwood has been a leader in providing leadership training experiences for youth from the Greater Kansas City area and in Northeast Kansas since 1980.
The Find YourSelf Leadership Program is designed to introduce young men and women leadership skills and assist them in evaluating the leadership qualities they possess in a natural environment. Participants will have an opportunity to experience and observe leadership qualities through participation on the Adventure Challenge Course, The SkyWalker High Ropes Course and various activities planned throughout the three day program. The leadership camp is designed for fifteen to seventeen year olds. In order for the leadership experience to be successful we have geared the program towards a small group setting. This will insure each camper has a chance to experience and observe leadership qualities of the diverse group.
The Find YourSelf experience will foster trust, teamwork, group dynamics, self-expression, delegation, communication and listening skills.
