What-To-Bring-List
This is a “suggested” list.  If a specific number of clothing items is not designated in the list below, please pack enough items for the number of days that your child  will be living at Wildwood.  Packing may be done in a suitcase, duffel bag, camp box, heavy gauge garbage liner, etc.

PLEASE SEE THAT ALL ITEMS
ARE MARKED WITH YOUR
CHILD’S NAME OR INITIALS

PLEASE BRING:

  • 1 Lightweight sleeping bag or 2 twin size sheets & 1 light blanket

  • 1 Pillow & pillowcase

  • 1  pair lace shoes or boots

  • 1 pair tennis shoes (old shoes are fine)

  • 6 pairs of socks

  • 1 pair jeans/long pants

  • Shorts or cutoffs

  • Underclothes

  • 1 swimsuit

  • Hat or cap

  • Short sleeve shirts

  • 1 long sleeve shirt

  • 1 rain jacket or poncho

  • 1 laundry bag or extra pillowcase

  • Sun Screen

  • Insect Repellant( at least 10% DEET)

PERSONAL ARTICLES:

  • Toothpaste; Toothbrush

  • Hairbrush; Comb
  • Shampoo
  • Soap antibacterial
  • Towels; Washcloths

(non fragranced soaps & shampoos work best and don’t attract insects)

OPTIONAL ITEMS:

  • Camera & Film

  • Canteen

  • Stationery, envelopes, stamps

  • Daypack or knapsack

  • White T-shirt for crafts

 DO NOT BRING:

  • Knives of any type

  • Pagers or cell phones

  • Electronic or video games

  • Radio, TV, Walkman or Watchman, etc.

  • Candy or pop (they attract mice and other critters)

  • Fireworks or firearms

  • Money (there is not a camp store or any place to spend money)

Please do not bring expensive cameras, jewelry, or other items that might become lost or damaged at camp.
